General questions
Our programmes serve a wide spectrum of leaders. We work with C-suite executives who want to refine their strategic influence, middle managers navigating the complexities of cross-functional collaboration, and first-time team leads who need a solid foundation in people management. We also design bespoke sessions for boards of directors, project managers and aspiring leaders identified through talent pipelines. Whatever your level, we tailor content, case studies and exercises to match your real-world context.
We typically recommend groups of 8 to 20 participants for interactive workshops so that everyone receives meaningful facilitator attention and has ample opportunity to practise new skills through role-plays and discussions. For keynote-style sessions or awareness seminars, we can accommodate up to 100 attendees. Executive coaching is always delivered one-to-one or in pairs.
Yes. While our headquarters are in Wales, our facilitators regularly deliver in-person programmes across Europe, the Middle East and North America. We also offer fully virtual workshops that eliminate geographical constraints entirely, making it easy for global teams to participate together regardless of time zone.
We have deep experience in financial services, healthcare, technology, higher education, manufacturing and the public sector. That said, our methodology is grounded in behavioural science and universal leadership competencies, so it translates effectively to any industry. During the design phase we research your sector's specific challenges and weave relevant examples into every module.
Programme length depends on your objectives. A standalone workshop runs for a half day (three hours) or a full day (six hours). Our multi-module programmes, such as the Emerging Leaders cohort, span six to twelve weeks with weekly or fortnightly sessions. Executive coaching engagements usually consist of six to ten sessions spread over three to six months, giving leaders time to apply insights between meetings.
Logistics and pricing
Pricing varies based on programme length, group size, customisation depth and delivery format. As a rough guide, a full-day in-person workshop for up to 20 participants starts from around £3,500, while a twelve-week cohort programme begins at approximately £12,000. We provide a detailed, no-obligation quote after our initial discovery call so you know exactly what to expect before committing.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may incur a fee of up to 50 % of the programme cost to cover facilitator preparation and reserved venue expenses. We are always happy to reschedule to a mutually convenient date at no extra charge if you give us at least seven days' notice.
Absolutely. Every participant receives a comprehensive workbook — digital or printed — containing frameworks, reflection exercises and action-planning templates. After the workshop we share a curated reading list, a summary of key takeaways and access to our online resource hub for 12 months. For multi-module programmes, we also facilitate peer coaching circles and provide optional one-to-one check-ins.
Yes. We are happy to deliver on-site at your offices, a conference venue of your choice, or a retreat location. If you prefer, we can recommend partner venues across the UK that offer excellent facilities for interactive learning. Travel and accommodation costs for our facilitators are quoted separately and transparently.
We use a multi-layered evaluation model. Immediately after the session, participants complete a satisfaction and self-assessment survey. At the 30-day and 90-day marks, we send follow-up questionnaires measuring behavioural change and goal progress. For larger engagements we can conduct 360-degree feedback assessments before and after the programme to quantify shifts in leadership competencies. We compile all findings into a clear impact report for your HR or L&D team.
